The US-Canada border
After taking a two-hour ferry, we arrived back on the mainland. We headed first to 0 Avenue - the US-Canada border.
The border is nothing more than a road. It has posts on the side of the road, which say the United States on one side and Canada on the other. It is certainly very easy to walk across the border, but there are strict laws against doing it and Canadians seem quite good at following laws. Since it is illegal to step on US soil without a Visa, we only took a few photos, and left immediately and headed into Vancouver.
